Leaves clawing down

To my knowledge clawing occurs typically during high heat stress/ underwatering. Try opting for every other day to every 2 days max. And at about 10% of your container. I.e 10 gallon pot 1 gallon of water.

Yeah.. kinda. Do you know what soil you're using, fert and water/ ph of water? And how often you're feeding nutrients.
It could be that I’ve been going crazy with this veg stage, but I’m using fox farm ocean forest soil, and for fertilizer I’m using flora series and tap water with no ph

Yeah then I'm not sure.. could be your water. Everything sounds good so far. Might have really high TDS in your water and high ph causing lockout / heavy salting in your medium.

So what would you suggest I do ? Give it water for now n see how it handles ? Or flush em ?

I would first get a ph / TDS meter so you know what kind of water you're using. It doesn't have to be expensive or crazy you can get one at like.. lowes or something. If you have high TDS = total dissolved solids. It wouldn't hurt to flush with RO water that has a lower ph.. typically at 6.5 ( variety of ways to lower ph ) and then from that point forward use cleaner water. I would start there.
