That doesn't look too bad yet. If it continues you will start to get "the claw" when they curl in like an arthritic hand.
This is typically an nitrogen toxicity - eg., overfeeding, depending on what sort of fert you're using, medium, light etc.
People always tend to overfeed. Remember less is more. This a very common mistake, yes I've made it many times.
Its a delicate balancing act between too much too little and just enough
As a rule of thumb no more than 900ppm with all additives, unless under intense light and intense flowering high feeder Indica, then up to 1200ppm
Feed then fresh, feed then fresh fresh, feed, fresh type of watering rotation.
Anyways there's my personal experience.

We would need more info to help. Medium, feeding, lights, conditions.
Let us know if the issue has progressed or other symptoms have emerged.
This could be calcium, pH, lighting. More pictures could help, too.

Mine do this from the fan blowing hard. It doesnt harm anything.

New photos make me think it's a feed issue.
I don't know where you are on the feed chart, but I know Ocean Forest provides a lot of nitrogen (not so much P or K - I think it's 5-1-1 or thereabouts).
Looks like the plant could use some more phosphorous and potassium. I wouldn't go too crazy with it, though.

Yes it could be that I’m trying to get the hang of the flora series feeding chart but I guess it’s not working.. so should I just feed it a bit more ?

Well, based on what you've said, I would add a bit of extra Bloom. I don't know how much exactly. But the plant doesn't look horrible, and it's still in veg, so I'd go cautiously and see day by day. Keep in mind the damaged leaves won't improve, but the plant should perk up and look happier if you're headed down the right path.
I imagine the chart is okay as a guideline, but the soil is heavy in nitrogen and each plant can have slightly different nutritional needs. May have to adapt here and there. Ultimately, the plant knows better.

how often are you watering? and roughly how much?
I think the plants roots may be getting suffocated, but not sure. Its that pH or feed.

How many watts is your light and how far away is it?
If you download photone app, I aim for about 260 ppfd at this stage. Its not a true number, but it works.
I cant tell how much youre watering but I would bottom feed about 1/2 cup every 3-5 days. FFOF is pretty loaded and that yellowy color means its not getting enough Nitrogen.

Do what you need to get it to 250. Lower the light, increase the intensity. Otherwise your plant will get stringy.
Dont water for a few days and see if it bounces back.
Do you have a fan on it currently? It needs air exchange inside your tent, this can be accomplished by a fan circulating or blowing near but not directly on the plant.
