Leaves curling inward

Hello, first time grower here. My plant was making some good growth and is still in the early stages but for some reason today when I checked on it the leaves are curling inward. I water it daily, once in the morning and before I go to sleep. It's under the lights most of the time as well.

Is this due to too much light exposure?

You need to stop watering it twice a day.
Water until slight run-off then wait until soil is dry, doing this allows times for the roots to breathe and makes them search for water which establishes a good root system.

How many watts FROM THE WALL is your light?
How far from the canopy is your light?
What soil is being used?
Nutes?

Im using Miller's soil red biochar
I used 30 watt T5 lights and switched to the purple LED grow lights
The canopy is 4 feet from the floor
