leaves curling under.....

my leaves on my plant are curling under. it has been flowering for 10 weeks and is way behind......the plant is has buds formed all over the place but they are all small. it is a tied down plant. approximately 22 colas growing at same length. growing in fox farm soil with fox farm nutes and solubles. nuting once a week, solubles every other watering. temp is about 78-82 degrees ( i know thats a little high). humidity is at 42%. - 50%. Growing under a lumatec 400 W HPS. Ph is steady at 6.5-7. Growing in a 4' tall by 4' wide by 3' deep. any ideas on why my leaves are doing this? its been going on for a while and have run out of ideas.......

not rite now. i can try and snap some this weekend. then are curling under on the edges of all the leaves and then the leaves are curling under themselves.....

its not over watering. my plants dry out too fast if anything if not watered every other day they are bone dry and leaves are sagging. they aren't laying flat like over watering. the edges of the leaves are curling under and the tips are curling up under also.
