leaves curling up only on upper set

I'm growing outside in the ground. Can not understand why only the upper set of leaves are curling up. the area stays moist and it gets fertilized every 14 to 20 days. It gets full sun for about 7 hours and partial for another 2 hours. Any suggestions???:wall:

If you can't take pics of your own plants...then finding a pic of a plant that has the same problem as yours, it's better then nothing.

I was actually going to copy and paste but because there was no space between the last word and the url, I would have had to edit in the address bar ... nah bongsmilie
