leaves curling up plz help

Ok so 2 of my plants have there top set of leaves curling up. My experience tells me its either a heat problem or a problem with the light being to far away. Here are a few pics to help sort out my problem

Thank you for the link its very helpful much appreciated. Im going to turn my ballast down to 75% reducing heat and the light intensity. I had no idea that that could ever be a problem
