Leaves curling up

Okay so all I've found searching around is heat and overwatering makes the leaves curl like this. My low is 68 and high is 81 pretty much daily. I have a crappy heater that barely has a thermostat so it's hard to get it not to fluctuate so drastically.

I don't know my humidity but I keep a shallow amount of water in the area to evaporate.

I've been keeping the soil moist. I stick my finger in a few inches and if it feels a little damp I add water. So maybe every other day or every 3 days I'm not sure.

Otherwise it seems healthy and is growing fast. What am I missing here? It's an auto amnesia. 300w led is 14ish inches above.

Please read my replies, it's more to do with humidity and heat,

You need to keep your eye on the humidity with an heater in there drying the air out

Hang a damp towel in the room and lightly mist right now, you should be back to normal in a few hours
I bought a Thermo-hygrometer cheap on eBay but you can use Amazon. It's important to keep your eye on the humidity. You need it at 40% at the very minimum

I just picked one up at Walmart I didn't think they had them. Thanks for the input I've been waiting on a reply before taking any action. I appreciate it.

Just a tip. You can wait at least another day likely if you are feeling damp soil below the surface. I water when the pots are dry 3/4 the way down on a moisture probe. There is still plenty of moisture. The plants like it more dry than wet.

This will encourage roots to grow and search out more for water and nutrients. Resulting in a fuller root ball.
