Leaves doing the claw?

My girl is about 50 days into flowering with everything going good until yesterday. I noticed some of my leaves were actually curling under itself, and others with there tips pointing down. My last feed was about 12 days ago. The only thing I have done since then is I added a little extra soil, I use the promix hp, just a little, and I added a 300 watt Mars led for side lighting. Actual power is like 130-140 I think. I was thinking I had nitrogen toxicity so I flushed yesterday and it doesn't look any better or any worse so I'm kinda stuck. I'm wondering about this light but I don't know if it could have done anything to it. It seems pretty weak but I guess it's hard to tell with led. On average I had it about 12 inches away. It seems to be mostly fan leaves also. I actually don't think I see any sugar leaves doing it. I will try to add a pic

If it is N tox will the leaves correct themselves? Any other possibilities? And should I have flushed it with something besides water? Any way to check what the soil is doing? I was thinking about getting a ppm tester but I don't reall understand it or how to work it

What's the temps at? If it's to hot it can make the plant drink more and take in more nutrients, which would make the N tox worse.

Temps have been running around 77-81. Maybe the flushed took care of it but it will just take a few days to notice a difference. Im kinda worried it's a nitrogen deficiency, and I'm not feeding it. Or a cal-mag issue, which I don't think is the case. I have noticed on some of the veins of the fan leaves they look a little yellow, compared to the others like the sugar leaves where there a nice green

You think? I don't know what to do. I'm kinda nervous that it needs nutes. It's been about 2 weeks. But I guess I should be at about 7-8 weeks of flower now. I'll just hold out I guess. I was thinking about grabbing a Ppm tester. Would this tell me anything and how would I use it. I'm kinda stunned as to how I could have gotten n tox though. Unless it took about 10 days to really show signs from the last feed

I'm using floranova bloom, I believe I added 2 tsp to 1 gallon when I fed, but I thinking I added just a little of the floranova grow into part of the 2 tsp. I've learned that I need to keep a journal with all dates and times in it for the next grow!
