Leaves Dying?

The bottom 3 rows and biggest fan leaves are slowly turning yellow. What might cause this? I have a 260 watt HPS about 18-20" from the plant.

If you plant is tall and you are in flower I would say, lack of light and natural occurence due to she is taking up more P/k

Need more info. How tall are the plants? Are you flowering?

Without more detailed info and pics, I would guess it needs more nitrogen.
