leaves getting strange

I'm using HPS light 400 wat
temp 24 - 29
Hum 55 - 79
3 weeks old
not grow anymore and leaves getting strange .

I don't suppose you can put those plants outdoors for a while? They don't look bad. I don't see an obvious problem...what were your thoughts?
