Leaves looking droopy and yellowish/white

Hi

I planted my first plants about 1.5 months ago and I'm starting to worry about them. As you can see from the pictures the sides of the leaves are curling downwards and some leaves are beginning to yellow and even die.

I'm watering them about every other day because I thought I was over-watering them at some point. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong now.

The pictures are about a week old, since then some of the plants have gotten worse. The plants are still growing (height) but the gaps between the new leaves are becoming bigger and bigger, and the bottom leaves of some, have completely withered.

Can anybody tell?

It looks as though you may need some nutrients. What soil are you using? And what nutes, if any?

I'm using some sort of mixed nutrients for regular garden plants, and two different types of soil perlite, vermaculite (not sure if it's the same name in english) and some 'corn' which are suppose to help regulate the water precipitation.

the exact contents of the nutrient, is as follows:

N = 8%
P = 3%
K = 5%
B = 0.01%
Cu = 0.002%
Fe = 0.02%
Mn = 0.01%
Mo = 0.001%
Zn = 0.002%
S = 0.04%
Mg = 0.02%

weightet tabel.

1 time every other day is a lil too much , unless ur just puttin very little water on when u do ,,, i usually water every 5 days ,, .. leaves curling down =overwater ,,......... curling up ,, under watering ... , give em a lil N-P-K and they should show inprovement within a few days , .. u also said the nodes are becoming further apart.??? they look nice to me ,, but that stretching might be due to low lumens ,, or lights too far away ... ,, give us a lil more info ,, ,, what lights u use ..

I think i'm using a 400kw HP lamp, it was supposed to work for the growth aswell as the bloosoming stage, and it's hanging aprox 160 cm from the bottom, there's only one, fairly small vent but i'm thinking of installing two addtional ventilators.

I just noticed that it's not really the gap between the nods that have increased but just the bottom ones which have completely withered.

Do you know if there is a nutrient mix that's particularly good for weed growing. I was wondering if it might be the quantities of the different chemicals that might be all fucked up.

iguana juice (i think) is probably the best - it has a green iguana on the bottle... it's like 40 bucks so i went with mother's/nature's cure or something for $20.

I suck at names but you get the point. hope things are going better
