Trying to figure this out so ill give a quick rundown
4 plants are 13 days old
used canna rhizotonic first week
using a very small amount of CANNA BIO VEGE in my soft well water ( water out of the well is 7 ph almost on the dot, ppm is 87)
i have not used any type of ph down in my nute mix, when i add BIO CANNA VEGE it brings my ph down to around 6.6-6.7 currently so i havent bothered changing it, trying to do an organic grow so trying to not bother with ph unless really needed.
plants are in .3 gallon air pots, soil is roughly 33% each of FFOF, FFHF, perlite.
i amended with 1 tablespoon of dolomite lime, and 1 tablespoon of a mineral mix (contains azomite, bio char and some other stuff)
the water i get from the well is stored in gallon jugs and sit arpund for a week or two at my place before i use it ( i get it from a well and bring it home because it has no chlorine or chloramine )
1 75 watt 5000k cree cob cxb3590 hung currently at 30” from canopy of tallest seedling. 30” seems to be the sweet spot currently, letting the plants grow up as needed, i could see signs of light stress any closer to the plants. ( the tiny edges of the leaf would point up within a couple hours at 27,28 and 29”)
Not sure if this is a problem yet, but i check the plants quite a bit during the day, i am 100% not overwatering them, watering them once every 2ish days with the light nute solution ( 200ppm roughly )
So what is going on is the first set of true leaves i have noticed they are “wavy” or kind of knarled? for lack of a better word. have been trying to diagnose it on my own but wanted you guys’ opinion on it, ill post the pictured in the next post down
It seems to me the plant is growing the leaves too fast and they look like they are getting smushed as they grow out.
Not sure if thats whats happening, just my observations, help me out guys, is it a iron/zinc deficiency? i dont think my water has a whole lot, its only 87 ppm out of the faucet
