One of my plants little fan leaves our droopy and I'm 100% sure it's not overwatered,I don't know what else it could be,it's just the fan leaf,I have new growth in the center that's perfect,the fan leaf on the left side

Saying you're on a strict schedule doesn't mean the plant isn't over watered. If your strict water schedule is wrong, you could easily be overwatering. As the plant gets bigger, it gets hotter or less humid, you have to water more. Your photo is blurry, but I don't see anything horrible. How old is the plant?

a little water goes a long way for babies. If you completely soak the soil it takes to long to dry enough for the roots to get oxygen. Making the leaves droop.
That being said it's not too big a deal as long as you let it dry before watering again. As the root mass builds they suck up water faster resulting is the soil drying faster and the plant getting O2

So should let it dry out even when the top soil is dry? Is inside the pot still wet?

Yes. You should get a feel for how much the pot weighs when it has the max amount of water you want and when it needs to be watered again. The top should look a little dry when it's time to water, IMO.

Yes the air will dry the top within 24 hrs the inside still has plenty of moisture for the roots
