leaves raised on seedlings

I germinated some seeds about 9 days ago. There are in small rockwool cubes in a propagator under a CFL. They have one set of new leaves and starting to grow the second set. The leaves have started to raise up. They look healthy but raised, about 45 degrees upwards from horizontal. Any idea what could be causing this e.g. too hot.cold, lack/excess of water...?

no pic but as i said in first post that they are in rockwool cubes in a propagator under a CFL light. the light is about 2 inches above the seedlings. theres plenty of fresh air. not sure what the temp is. maybe about 20C?

dont worry yet, sounds normal. the next set to come after this will be the 3 point leaves and the first 2 jagged leaves will droop down when they come in. good luck :eyesmoke:

Sometimes too much heat, or too wet of medium can cause the leaves to close up towards a point in the middle...

I've 2 pics of one of the seedlings. This is the worst one. Leaves are raised and dried out at the tips.

I normally have them in a propagator under a CFL, the tips of seedlings anywhere between 2-3 inches from the bulbs. The bulbs don't emit much heat although my digital thermometer says it about 32C. Not sure how accurate that is though. Room temp is about 18C maybe cooler.
