leaves turning yellow

first use soil ,





then I clean the soil with tap water,





because I want to do hydro but leaves turning yellow..

What can I do , is she dead ? what's wrong ?

my nutes: 400-420ppm ,

i think today 24 hours done with nutrients..but same color leaves RH %60
