Leaves Twisting

This is my first time dealing with seedlings. One pair of leaves is twisted today. They were fine yesterday. Four plants in my tent. One other did this the other day and was fine again the next day. Am I doing something to cause this?

No food yet, just water and Recharge. Details are in my signature.

Was this a dumb question? This probably should have been in the newb forum, I wasn't sure.

Maybe a little too much water but I'm just throwing it out there, I'm no expert. 1st photo looks a little wet around the stem. Try to water around the drip edge and let the roots reach for the water.

It likely happened right after you watered?
Yes, it was after I watered.

You are probably right. This was the first water since moving into those pots. It had been 5 days. The pots probably weren't light enough to water yet. It's hard to lay off and just let them grow.

Yeah, let them dry out until the pot's nice and light.

Yes . It's all exiting when ya first take up growing . Ya just have to be patient. Ya plants will give ya signs that they are wanting something or need less of something else . Ya just gotta learn to understand those signs. I have been growing 15-16 years and still learning ,

When they are small, they are very sensitive. Temperature of water, and more importantly, ph of water are critical when young.

Likewise, when small, when the pot dries out, the nutes become more concentrated and what you put in (water, ph to correct range) is critically important.

Water:
With water temp between 65 and 72f if possible.
With ph in correct range for your medium
SLOWLY and carefully, a little at a time.
When the pot gets light -- dont wait too long, and dont water too often either!
Watering should be done imo, at a minimum of 3 separate amounts i.e. water some, wait, water again, wait, etc.

Thanks for the advice, I appreciate it. This is my third grow. The other two were from well-established clones, so this is the first time I'm dealing with seedlings.
