Well, the plants don't even look that bad in the last picture you uploaded really. More photos of the plants from different angles will give me and everyone else a better idea, but personally from what I'm seeing things don't look too bad.
You have your temps and humidity under control, your soil mix looks good enough, and from what I'm seeing everything looks pretty standard for the most part. How far away is your LED from the plants?
I'm not really seeing much wrong with the plants though really, no signs of stress or deficiencies but this is just based on the single photo you uploaded. If you can upload more photos then I can be more sure in assessing the situation.
From what I am seeing though, your pots don't look like they have much of a gap between them and the floor of your tent. So what's happening is you are in fact actually getting run off when you water, but since the smart pots are made of fabric, the fabric is actually acting as a wick for the water, likely absorbing some of the runoff right back into your medium. Once your pots get completely full of roots, this won't be the biggest deal in the world because the bottom of the pots will be sitting in runoff for the roots to casually absorb at their own pace.
Definitely get us some more photos so we can make a better judgment about things, but from everything I'm seeing you're looking just fine to me.
You're a new grower, and the thing about growing when we're new is that you're pretty much expecting things to go wrong. Believe it or not, growing really is as simple as just providing the plants with what they need and that's it. Your temps are right, humidity is right, soil mix is right, plants look right, pretty much the only thing I'm unsure of is how far away your light is from the plants? People often make the mistake of putting LEDs too close to their plants thinking they'll be fine, although LEDs are a lot less hot than HIDs it is still very much possible to burn your plants with LEDs.
