Leaves yellowing at 2 and a half weeks

These have been growing for about 2 and half weeks now under 8 23w CFLs and as much sunlight as possible. Potted with Miracle Gro organic potting soil. The leaves are beginning to turn a very light green and in some cases, yellow. What could this be a sign of? Should we be adding nutes this early? Help!

Get those lights closer. check your soil pH.

We have our lights rigged onto 2 chains so we have kept them at about 1-2 inches away. (the pictures were taken outside while they were getting some sun) Haven't checked the pH yet, but will soon.
