Leaves yellowing at tips

Help! My girls leaves have yellow tips which I know is nute burn... But now today there are tanish spots through out the whole leave.... I stopped nutes and am just using PHd water as of yesterday ... Any suggestions?!

Try flushing your medium. For each gallon of soil, flush with 2-4 gallons of water. Hard to verify that its nute burn without pics or more info. You could help matters by buying an inexpensive TDS meter and measuring your nutes going in and coming out. How old are they? How big is the container? What have you been feeding? Please try to give me info in the future

yeah...pic's and more details on your grow (example hydro or soil, strain, nutes, additives, etc)
