the leaves use to be green and all of a sudden they are turning a light green and curling only getting about 12 hours of light though

If you are flowering then I have heard this sort of thing being normal. Is it your lower fan leaves?

yes its the lower fan leaves

Then I do believe that is normal when you are flowering.
