Leaving for amsterdam in 9 hours

So my flight leaves in 9 hours, can't wait, has any1 been recently that can reccomend any really good strains and coffeeshops to try out?

Also im planning to mail some bud back to me, just a lil bit like im gonna send 4 dvd cases and put 5g in each and hope that i get at least 2 of them.

has anyone else mailed bud back from the dam if so whats the best way to do so, wrap the bud up in a dvd case a good way?

The site has been very slow to update lately, but a little history.

Hempcity.net is a site run by people associated with three Coffee Shops in Haarlem, the Capital of North Holland. Haarlem is 20km West of Amsterdam and from what I've seen in photos and videos, a very pretty city. The majority of traffic in the centre of town is bicycles...but anyway, on to the important stuff.

They own three Coffee Shops; the 'Sinsemilla', the 'Indica' and the 'Sativa'. They all run under the 'Willie Wortel' banner.

Have a quick look at the following. You'll find opening hours and photos of the menu boards etc. They've had problems with landlords and authorities in the past couple of years, so things may have changed a little. 'Sinsemilla' (IIRC) was temporarily shut down not long ago.

As for smuggling some buds back...that's your call. Drug sniffing dogs have extremely sensitive noses. If it were me, I *might* send some seeds home discreetly hidden, but not smelly buds.

Have fun, look at all the shops yourself and try what looks good. Some you can buy as little as half a gram, good for sampling.

I always brings a few grams back with me, the last 3 trips i put it in a condom and pushed it into a hand soap dispenser. before that i used to just leave it in my jean pocket in my suitcase but more dogs at our local airport these days.

As for the different strains - they all get me fucked so i just buy a bit of each.. but if u go further out than the red light district you will find the strains are better and you get more for your dollar. head up to the dam square and go down a back street or 2..you'll find em.

I would definitely not suggest carrying it back with me on the plane. Like hiding it in a condom and in a liquid. Primarily because the federal regulations for how much liquid you can bring with you has been changed, for a while. Its like only a few ounces of liquid. you could not smuggle anything in that.

I havent been back to Amsterdam in years, I wouldnt know where to start. But generally the best thing about it is walking around and stumbling upon something awesome. Amsterdam is a beautiful place just enjoy it all as much as you can. It might be a while before you can go back.

grey area wos my fav coffeeshop to buy - never really got a chance to sit down in ther coz it was to busy but cheese was my fav strain aswell.

also loved G13 haze, LAcon and REcon got sum Martian mean green aswell as really amazing skunk!

Nice - u managed to get ur DVD's back....wher bouts do u stay if u dont mind me askin? i wld hav sent some bak but cldnt even get mushie spores throu customs so doubted id get weed.

hey Misskitten, i stayed at Movenpick hotel, its like a 10 min walk from central station towards the ferry dock. i cant stand the run down shitty hotels in the centre, movenpick is only 15-20 min max walk to dam square or 3 mins on the tram, well worth it for the hotel.

bear in mind u cant smoke in any of the hotels now so it meant that night time spliff was outside the hotel which was ok because the door guy at the hotel also toked and didnt mind at all.

are u from the states? if so it will be a lot harder for u to post stuff back, im from UK so its not 2 far from me.

im booking another 3 night trip to the dam in the coming weeks, but this time thinking of sending a whole lot more back, same method tho

oh and prices range from like 7e a gram to like 15e a gram
