Devil's advocate; they absolutely should be getting close to that or else they're wasting a lot of potential power by only drawinng 32 watts per cob. I mean from a business point of view its easier to sell a 250 watt light at, lets say 1.8ppf/w , than a 125 watt at 2.5 ppf/w at the same price. It seems to me they made significant sacrifices to hit what ever design criteria they set out with.I don't buy that claim..........fast to email me when they thought I was a customer , then I asked if they confirmed that 2.5ppf/w # in a sphere?.............nada, crickets, silencio, lol
I'm trying to work something out to finally get some real #s on the cxb line......hopefully soon
To me they're an example of a small commercial maker doing it "the right way".
