And here's some Cree Bulb links for PF and all. Hey PSU check your linkage.

Press Release- http://www.cree.com/news-and-events/cree-news/press-releases/2013/march/bulbs
Home Page- http://www.creebulb.com/
More Info/Order Page- http://www.cree.com/lighting/landing-page/cree-bulb

I like the idea of hanging some in between the plants in the veg cab. And if they suck for growing you can always use them for what they're really meant for :-P.
I'm definitely buying some from homedepot^^^^^ BUT for general household use though===== to replace my remaining incandescent bulbs, I hope they dim well!!

Ill take pics:)

Does anyone know when the new A51 might come out and possible price range? Will it actually happen this month?
Might as well see what they offer before i pull the trigger on the HansLEDs...

Instead of asking us 'insiders', why not contact AF directly? Maybe they'll offer you a preorder discount

EH sent me some pics of the new panel and it looks like it's almost ready for shipping!! The build quality looks great......

Both use top quality Leds ......I don't know what A51 is using for deep red though/if any

Your dilemma is are you in the white/red camp(a51) or blue/red/deep red camp(hans)??????? its a tough choice and both work well so it's up to you

The new panels look too legit to quit... (if someone names that movie I will shit..), definitely takes advantage of those higher w's. Too bad :/

I was very skeptical of the white market when it hit.. I think blue's can work, and could/should be used. I know.. i know, too much will surely fuck stuff up. But are they more efficient than using a blue emitter that has a phosphor coating? More umol/w? Etc.

I dono.. I guess I am still skeptical, but don't have not read into enough to know.. I think a company should implement whites and blues. but thats where you start battling the "white has enough blue..".... idk.

Maybe some of the guru's will chime in and clean up my bullshit.

Movie....?? Thats a M.c. Hammer song

Personally I do not like using 420nm blue. Imo it stunts growth. 460nm works great in veg. I'd rather use whites in flower. Too much blue can make flowering take longer to finish and lower yield. At least thats my experience.

With par / umoles, more usable light - higher par. Any unused wave lengths , output would be subtracted and lower the par.

I'm officially kicking off Phase Two: Operation Fiscal Jackhammer..... :)

By answering your question with another quote....everybody gets to play.... :D
HAHAHHAHA! YES! Damn it Kool..

My name's Rob, and I like to party.

edit: ...Whiskeyy!

edit edit: I agree with the stunting hyroot, been subjected to it myself, would definitely be a "veg specific" user of blue's in my panels... but I see use of them.. some tight azz nodes..

White's seem to rock in flower, and personally the warmer; the better. Maybe to the point of where I am over doing it..

Most people seem to be more in to the NW regime right now, for many good reasons, but I am curious what some killer WW panels cant do..

I ordered two flowering panels at a 10:2:3 of 3000:4250:630

Saw this link posted in one of the induction threads. They supposedly use 3w cree and optotech leds at 60° and 90° driven @ 72%

They have some discounts going on at the moment.
Buts it lines like this that makes me run screaming:

"Blue photons contain more electric charge and these photons convert into electrons with more charge" and "is proud to be the first company that has stabilized the production of highly energized photons"

Uhmmmm, I may be stoned 90% of the day but I'm pretty sure physics doesn't work this way. LOL
