LED controller question

I have been trying to get an LED controller for my SF4000 for several months. @Spiderfarmerled was out of stock for a while. When they came in I ordered one on Jan 22nd, and it never showed up. They continue to tell me to just wait, but it's been 2+ weeks. Sorry to say, I have given up on them, and looking for another lighting solution

So does anyone know if this LED controller will work with an SF4000?

Also I need a second light, but rather not get SF anymore (stinks since my plan was to daisy chain 2xSP4000 in my 4x10). I see a bunch of people using Red/Purple lighting. Is there a better brand or setup I should be reviewing?

Both. The SF4000 has a built in dimmer, I just want to control it on a schedule and control both lights with one controller. If it could also have set programs it would be nice (18/6, 12/12).

Ultimately I'd like to slowly adjust the lighting from 30%-100% during the plants entire life cycle. Right now I just slowly adjust it by hand, but it's guess work, not 1% per day type of thing.

Why would you wait to turn up light intensity? To maximize growth I leave my sf4000 all the way up and adjust light height if anything. I use the dimmer for photos and when I am in the tent. To each his own but I think your over thinking what u wanna do

Why? What's the perceived benefit?

There's no reason to be micro-adjusting a dimmer by 1 % intervals

To stop my leaves from burning (see pic). Letting them adjust slowly (thought it might help)

Maybe I'm seeing nute burn not LED burn? I only give 2TBSP of Fox farm Grow Big per gallon and feed 1/3 gallon every 3 days or as needed (soil moisture sensor)

Mostly the 1st full 'fan' leave from top. Noticed tiny amount on one fan leave a branch under it. Also to note I just defoliated this Saturday (in case it matters)

Awesome resource on the charts. I'm going to print those out for ref, thanks!!

Just turned light to 75% and lowered it some.

I've been using RO water (same as for my RDWC buckets wo/the nutes), up until recently when I switch to tap (on a well TDS @175).
Just recently added a little CalMag (8ml/2 gallons), but that was just today's feeding (when I noticed the burn), so wouldn't have shown up yet.

Your not burning them. They would claw and curl and look more deformed if you were burning them. They are struggling to eat something. But don't b tricked either. If those are older leaves it can be just evidence that they had a deficiency at some point. The leaves aren't gonna heal and get better. Make sure u have a problem. They don't look bad inwould double check my soil ph and make sure they can get the nuts. Maybe flush if your not using a hot soil and try to get some salts out...

If you have a PAR meter adjusting in smaller intervals allows you to dial in the amount of PAR required or needed for your plant(s). 1% is a bit extreme but for people who want to be super efficient with their light delivery this is helpful. You can keep notes and data
