so i got a new led and curious how close i can get it to my seeds as states 18" for seeds, veg will it hurt them going closer heres the light

General rule is about 18inch all way through but I have done 6 inches before and been ok

I’m going to say 18” unless you see them stretching then move closer

I have dropped down to 7" away as they do seem to be stretching between the nodes now.....
I will get into 3ltrs today and keep the light at 7 see how goes
