Hey y'all. I currently own a 135w intelligent grow led. This thing is awesome. I bought it for use with flowering in my gl40 but have decided that I want to use that tent to veg/have clones in and got a good deal on a darkstreet 60. Now for the lighting....should I keep the intelligent grow light in the gl40 for veg/clones? I feel like that is overkill and I already have a bunch of CFLs and cree lightbulbs like what captainmorgan uses, I am really hoping he stops in

If it is overkill then I can move it to the 2x2 tent and add another light. I could therefore either go with HID or led. I feel as if I can get away with either a.smallish or equal light to my 135w which draws around 100ws at full power actual. I also believe that I would not have to get anything bigger than a 150w if I was going to go HID....question is which is better? Having both worlds together?
I have no clue where to even start on those, but this needs to be semi stealthy and I heard running these are quite expensive on the bill....as far as led...either the Cali light works 220 by itself or with my current light, or a a-75 with my current light, or a Hans led with my current light....I can save up enough to look into whatever.
There is a guy on ICMag who compiles a list of 1 gpw led grows which is nice and he keeps it pretty current. A lot of the 1 gpw grows come from scrogs, which is obvious as you don't have to penetrate as much, but also from HGL...now these lights are INSANELY HIGH PRICED so idk about that.
I would love to do a diy panel, or even pay someone to do it for me?!?!?!!??!?!???? Because I have learned a lot of diy stuff since I started, but I hesitant when I know nothing about electricity and wiring.
I have also looked at topled just be cause they are cheap and a could get a nice 200 something watt light which would probably only be 90-100 actual watts but I already have my light and thoser are 2-350 cheaper...I know this has been long but this site is the best for LED out of all the other forums, plus there's some kind of virus on 420?!?!? Anyways, I hope the experts like petflora, captainmorgan, and many of the others from this site would be Willing to help! Thanks so much!
