Never mind.....if you are looking at LED, the HLG brands get good reviews. SpiderFarmer looks interesting too. (Sf1000 on Amazon)

No,

32" is 2.66ft , so 7.1 square foot, you want 215w-240w for something like that light.

I think even marshydros tw range would be over your budget.

You might be able to afford a budget 315cmh which would be a good if you have more than 5ft height.

If you’re bent on LED and you have a cap of $250, this would be a decent choice for pretty close to that price. You could probably even DIY for even less.
