Forget upfront costs. LED panels don't add up and HPS is decades-old technology that will make your grow cost hundreds of dollars more than if you just paid,say $410 for 2 Tasty T1 fixtures ir 615 for 3 (~350 for their 2-light and ~550 for their 3-light single-driver fixture) giving you the power to light up a closet with PPFD similar to 600w of HPS for only 241w of COBs. The upfront cost seems daunting, but it'll save you hundreds. Start with one or two and you will see. 1 Tasty T1 using 78w of COB (89w with fan) outdid both my ViparSpectra V450s (each using 206w) combined.

Dude this product is amazing! Do they ship to the southeast asian region though? All this hype might just turn out to be a let down :\

It's actually not hard to wire your own if you go to Youtube and watch the video tutorials @Growmau5 made. Awesome guy, by the way. Consult with @CobKits on what parts you need for your config, then once you get them, follow the Growmau5 tutorials on Youtube.
