LED Grow light plans

Hello everyone
Thanks for all who gave me advice with my (white patches) with my insect problem.
The problem was flies eating my plants, they are very small and hard to detect.

Was wondering if anyone has any info on how to build your own LED grow light? I'm looking for info, on how to build a panel, how many red, orange lights, how big of a power supply and where do buy the good LEDs etc

This looks like the best place I have found so far. Just be sure too review the spec sheets, and get the ones with the right angles I think people prefer 120degrees over 90 degrees?? And the light spectrums. I have thought of making my own UFO... was kinda thinking of using computer power supply, and a bunch of 12 volt molex connectors.
