Led grow light question

I have new led grow light,
TOLYS 1000W LED Plant Grow Light...
I have two new seedlings 15 days old on one of each of the leaves there are some brown spots showing up, is the light to close? The light has been about 14" away from the plants.

used the same light many moons ago with my first run. turn the light off and take a pic of the plant with your flash on.. will help us see it better. LEDs, are bad about throwing off your cameras white balance
 
kinda looks like you have a ph issue.(could be wrong tho). have you checked your soil and waters ph lately? run off as well?
