So true! They've slowed right down so I'll try not to fuss them. Patience not really my strong suit though. Ah, weed. Not only getting me high but also helping me develop valuable life skills.

Of course! About 5 weeks or so from seed now, been flowering for about a weekIMG_0199.JPG
Drinking less but here just before as feed so they look thirsty.

Growth slower but pistils furring up the stalks more everyday. IMG_0200.JPG Lights 24/0 and a foot away now and feeding bio bizz every feed every 2/3 days.

I'm happy and surprised that cheapish LED lights from Amazon can make their very own rainforest.

I had tied and trained them to get a flat canopy but they kept loosing free from the binds overnight!IMG_0204.JPG

Overall pretty happy and as ever I'm here to learn so do chime in if you have any ideas. Thanks for your time happy growing.

Looking good! No advice right now, keep doing what you're doing. It looks like you're on top of it.

There's mixed opinions on lollypopping - have you considered it?
Removing lower leaves, nodes and branches that aren't going to get any light.

pros:
- better air flow
- less popcorn, bigger main buds (theoretically at least)

cons:
- initial stress of it may pause growth and reduce harvest
- the 'bigger main buds' idea may be wrong, reducing harvest

Perhaps it's not appropriate for autos?

I've read about that I'm just cautious of that kind of pruning half way into flower as they, as you point out, are autos.

Think next time I'll go for a regular seed so I have more time to prune etc.

Maybe I'll lollipop one though and see. :)

I love cloning, topping, fimming, vegging for ages, scrogging, seeing what cool branch structures I can make etc. - so I prefer the photoperiods :)
I've lollypopped a couple of times and I did like all the extra airflow,
but before endorsing it I'd need to see careful, controlled tests done on how it affects bud size and harvest, and when it's best to do it.

Sure. I like the speed of autos but next time when I've got some herb in the bank I will be doing a regular photoperiod grow.

Currently deciding on what to grow. I'm in a real Indica phase at the moment but I could be persuaded otherwise.

For the last few months I've been cloning:
- BigBud x WhiteWidow,
- Dinafem Cheese,
- Heavyweight FruitPunch,
- Bubba's Gift.

All from Herbies. The BBxWW, and Dinafem Cheese are both the most vigorous in veg, friendly to topping, fast growing, and both are easily cloned.

I've vegged and cloned all 4 lots, and those two came out on top, but so far I've only flowered those two favorites. Both flower well :)

The Bubba's Gift veges reeeeally slowly, but with very tight internodes. I was going to let its genetics die out, but if it flowers well I might still want to experiment with it.
It might be able to produce incredibly short scrogged plants, if the flowering stretch is anything like the veg period. Could be fun.

I'm excited about Fruit Punch, although it's a bit slow to clone, and not a rocket to veg, they say it can get huge.

I do have one plant that looks thin and hasn't flowered yet. Should I take her out the tent to allow for other healthier plants to flourish? Here she is:IMG_0222.JPG
Thanks and happy growing.

Looking good!
Interesting with the plant that isn't flowering yet.

It does look a bit crowded in there, so the rest would probably benefit from the extra space.
But would they benefit enough to be an improvement over keeping it? I don't know.

Maybe it would finish later too.

You must have the floor space if it's in there, so maybe you could still free up some canopy space while getting an experiment in, like a pruning it to the lollipopped main cola/s :D

"Should I take her out the tent"
--- Does this include wasting the plant, or do you have an outside spot for it?

Your lights are pretty close together, it looks like it's way brighter in the middle where they overlap, with dark sides; 12321.
Have you thought about spreading the lights out a few inches?

Although, they provide different parts of the spectrum, so that would mean even less of the part of the spectrum the far light is providing, for the edges.
It may be 22222 (on my little text diagram of brightness across the canopy there), but with each side now getting no white, all purple or all purple, no white.

Your first was a purple (reds+blues) and your newer one was a whites(cool/natural/warm), ya?
That's what I do for my led mix.
Tell me about your lights spectrums :)

Thanks!

Even though it's almost flowering I lolipopped the late plant - looks neat and let's hope the haircut isn't death inducing (like so many of my own haircuts have felt).IMG_0225.JPG
Also moved the lights apart.
IMG_0227.JPG
The 300w viperspectra is on the right the 1000bossled on the left (the boss led light looks red while the other one looks blue/whiter) excuse my ignorance as to the lights' composition. Any ideas?IMG_0226.JPG

Ah they are a mix of narrow spectrum and broad spectrum, within each unit! Cool.
Looks good! All looking good.
Trimmed plant looks really cool, I can hardly wait to see that as a bush of bud on a stick.
