led growboard?

hello, just saw this on e-bay and was wondering if it would be any good for a small grow or should i spend the extra and get an hps set-up. here is the link, if it works. thanks

oh, the reason for looking at this is it seems to be cooler than hps and i need to keep the heat down as the enemy are flying over my estate at least once a day. odour is not an issue, the house stinks of it anyway lol

what kind of results you getting with the lights? how far into the cycle are the plants?
whats a bubble bucket lol?
