Led height from seedlings

I’m a freshie and unsure on how far above seedlings to hang led 3000w output

What model is the light?

I would guess and say by your photo that might be a tad bit close due to the age if seedlings ...back it off a bit ...but if it's working then great!!!

With a new bulb I have to have my 400w mh 48 inches away from seedlings that's a different light I know but ...

Cant go wrong with a bit higher and work your way down .


Always give some some time for the leaves to show their thing like 24hrs etc

That could be a bit close. I have my phlizon "600W"(115W actual) about that close without much issue but yours will probably be substantially more powerful based on phlizons own higher power models. Had it around 12 inches I think then moved it up a few as one plants leaves were feeling a bit dry and seems to have helped
