One girl has slight yellowish spikes on some of its leaves.

spikes or tips? spikes could be an infection if you mean tips then you might have some nute deficiency setting in. Perhaps your ph is slightly off on your watering
Sharp edges on leaves are yellowish. I think it could be a light burn because cob is above that spot where leaves are like that But overal they are doing great.

If by sharp edges you mean the tips, we frequently refer to that as tip burn

Might be from fimming is what im thinking. Dri appears to be a gardener of other varrieties as well and the cut isnt at 45 degrees so I'm guessing fimming not dead leaf pruning.
I clipped just to remove brown tips
Anyways i have no more issues as plants are super happy. Im out to buy a grow net and one vaportek mini for now.

No need tp do that on cannabis. Its not as beneficial like other house plants..
