Led light burn symtom?

Hello guys,

I noticed the leafs of my girls are pointing up
I’m using 12x cree cxb3590 @50W in 4x4 tent

Should I raise the light? Distance is 10 inches to top colas

It looks like to me you have some serious thrip damage.

actually i have spider mites, but i already took care of it... my point was the lights, thanks anyway.

actually there isn't anything wrong with you lights.
And you probably have spider mites and thrips because I see what looks to be thrip damage. Spider mite damage looks like little dots and thrip damage are a bit elongated.
But whatever party on.
