LED Light height during flower issue....

First off, I am growing in a 4x3.5 grow room, I have 2 - spider farmer sf2000 lights, currently my photo plant is flowering. My question is this, what do you do when your light is about 15" above the top of your plant and the lower flowers are almost 3 feet lower than the top ones? Won't this stunt their growth in flower since they are so much further away from the light? What are some suggestions?

At the height your other buds sit.. crush the space between 2 nodes with your fingers and slowly bend it back and forth. Then making sure that space you squeezed is soft and the branch is limp.. bend it over slowly. It will bend, but shouldn’t brake on you. Make a space for it in the canopy by training a couple branches, and bend the top to lay in that space. 90 deg angle.

Man, I have no idea what's causing my leaves to turn yellow. They're random. All throughout the plant. I haven't given my plant anything crazy, I don't know what the fuck is causing this. My temps and humidity stay constant and are monitored digitally. I'm watering the same as always. Only feeding twice to three times a week, using all ph'd water Everytime. Idk what the hell is happening. I have noticed a few gnats. But I didn't think I would have the leaves do this .... Check the pic.
