LED light , Veg+Bloom vs Bloom ( Flowering Indoors )-Looking for advice

I'm currently in my 2nd week of flowering.
Lights: Sunraise 1000W LED Grow Light.

I've been using the VEG+Bloom for the entire grow so far. I'm currently in the 2nd week of flowering. Thinking to switch to Bloom Lights during the 4th week of flowering.
The thought behind it is that the plant is currently in it's stretching phase so i figured it's best to keep it in Blurple mode ( Full Spectrum) then switching to red lights during the last few weeks of flowering. Looking for any valuable advice from experienced growers as to wether this is a good plan or not. Please explain, i'm here to learn as i believe no matter how good you are there's always something else to learn.

I think i'm going to just switch to Bloom ( Red ) now and see what happens. Gave it some thought, red does seem better for stretching.

I would switch red on at end of week 2.

When I used to do mh and hps I woukd run the mh bulb for 1st 2 weeks.

The trade off is that red will help trigger the flowers more strongly but will also stretch them.

I have actually recently started to like a bit of stretch mixed with defoliation you get better air movement.

Adding red in the last weeks wont do much... flip yer red on now wk2 or 3

Yup that's what i just decided on haha, I had both blue and red spectrums for the entire grow. Just switched to bloom only to give it a try. Thanks for the input :)

The timing of the light will cause them to flower, not the light spectrum.

Yes you are right about that @speedwell68 I did say that it was in my veg tent and I assume that it was a given that you veg under a 18/6 time span sorry if I was not clear on that as always thank you for your time and the best wishes

They grow perfectly. This is only during veg. During flower they get 12/12. I run them 18/6 in the summer because I am growing in a loft the day time temps get too hot to run the lights during the day.

Sorry I don't post grow pics to the internet. I hope you appreciate that where I am growing Cannabis carries a penalty of up to 14 years in prison.

Basically, I have two tents. My flower tent is 4'x4'x5' and I have a 2 small veg tents (4'x2'x3'). The flower tent runs 12/12 and my veg tent runs 18/6 in the spring/summer and 24/0 in the autumn/winter.
