It really depends on genetics , environment and training . An auto flower can yield more than a photo and vice versa.

Gram per watt means all plants in total. If you have 4 plants then its 200 watts spread across 4 plants, but if you only have 1 plant its 200 watts just on the single plant . It doesn’t matter if there are more or less plants because your wattage is going to stay the same regardless. But the yield from one plant vs several will be about the same
