Led question is this normal

So lights were just about to cut off for the night and i was in the area and bam they did but i looked at my LED and noticed it still had some lights lite up is this normal

It's your timer,some timers leak power so you need to get a different one.
 
i have a analog timer at the moment i have a digital im not using, Its not my outlet i tested it , My last grow with same light was very successful,

What brands do not leak power? It gets very tedious and annoying having multiple analog timers in the same room and syncing them all to the same time. Digital would be so much easier. All the ones I have used store a charge for the timer part.

I had that problem with countless timers on so much equipment i hated throwing away any of them, so i started using relays. The relay will completly disconnect all electricity from the circuit. I use digital on everthing with a relay they make 220 and 110v relays. No voltage leaks, can use your favorite digital. The relays are as much as that next timer you are gambling on.
 
So I just picked up an Apollo timer apollo 9 did not work :/ with all the money I've spent on the timers and trying to fix this problem I probably should've just bought a new LED of better quality
