Not a huge amount since it's gonna be a pretty small light. Not looking for a mars or viparspectra, more of like the sun board strips or something similar. Don't really know much about these things, so i don't want to burn seedlings and clones up. While I also dont want my veg plats heading to flower all stretchy

Is the hlg 100 overpowered for my tent size? I know the description says it will veg a 3x3 area, but I'm limited on height and don't want to burn anything up

Start at 24” for young seedlings .... typical hang height for grow is about 18”.
Single quantum will cover a 2x2 effectively.
