Led Specialist. Help me, im Lost.

I started growing 2 months ago but I know I will continue that for a long time. Not because I love weed, I just like growing it and that community, cultivation. Right now I am using HPS 400W but the price of electricity is killing me and I’m looking for some cheap led build for 3x3 tent or maybe China led but only from AliExpress because shipping from alibaba killing me. What I mean by saying cheap ? Up to 250$ or 150$ would be great. Living in outside America make that amount of money half of my paycheck.I know optimum would be 270W but I want to start lower and upgrade so I think 200W will be okey and I will just try to fit my plants in 2,5x2,5 instead of using full space.
I read a lot of information, about cob like citizen clu058/048, vero9, Cree cxb
Strips like Lm301b,lm301h, bxb gen 2 and 3. Heatsinks, Meanwell drivers, voltages and wattages and I’m fcking lost in all that. Could you help me with part list ? I have a friend who is electrician so he said he will connect it all for me if I get the parts right, so that’s not a problem. I just can’t find the right products for a price. On led gardeners there are diy build guide but most of it is outdated. Here there is a lot of topics with hundred of pages and most of it is about few guys arguing about 5% efficient difference which doesn’t really matter that much because humans do make mistakes. So please, can somebody help ?

So far so good about 6inches of growth in a week. They run hot, Ill buy better lights later. Price is right.

What is your area? Max budget 250$ for electrical gear or total (alu angle etc).

10 blux ebgen 2 with an xlg200-h-AB is good setup for little money. The shoulld be able to run with minimal to no sinking, allways better to have some though.

You could also do 12-14 strips and use a xlg240-h-AB and still be under budget. Iff you want to run with no heatsink, more strips the better and dont use eb gen 3 slim, they need more sinking than standards. 3500k 80 cri seems like a good bett for someone starting out.
