Ye been really lucky as far as the phenos iv been popping one genetic I keep getting disappointed in dos si dos so much hype but very unstable genetic everyone is mixing something today calling it something else

Very true man some strains are all hype unfortunately that’s how it goes in this industry these days as there’s a lotta hype but there is some real killer stuff mixed in occasionally.. I like to let the strains speak for themselves and try not to listen to too much hype but it’s everywhere right now

Gee, what if you use both HPS and Quantum board LEDs side by side in separate grow boxes?
These are from feminized Super Lemon Haze seeds planted in mid-November. They are now in the middle of week 3 of the 12 & 12 flower cycle.
I wanted to show a difference in how this strain responds to a 600w HPS bulb vs. 300 watts of Quantum Boards in 4x2ft grow boxes. But they are from seeds so theres still genetic variance, no?
the 1st photo is the HPS Haze plant in the center of 2 LED Haze plants. the LEDs seem to produce a shorter, bushier plant with shorter distance between nodes. They reached like crazy for that 600watt HPS but did not reach so much under the LEDs.......(when I made the flip).
I will follow this thing to harvest and get a gut feel for these Quantum boards since this is my 1st serious grow under the Quantum Board LEDs...........

I have been looking for a smaller LED for my pretty small closet veg area(2x4-4x4 approximately) and I have been eyeing the newer HLG Diablo 200 QB648 pre-assembled boards, HLG says it will veg a 4x4 just fine, so I’m very interested for the price of $199. I just wish I could use the 10% code as on HLG’s website it won’t let me use the code RIU10 on these newer boards but on say a 350R or 650R it works fine? Maybe these are too possibly too new and/or too good of a price already to be discounted further? but I’ll shoot them an email and ask what’s up with that

So I recently ordered a timber cypress 8 with 3500k color temp. The 3500k diodes are on back order indefinitely. Should I A. Get a mix of 3000 and 4000k diodes. B. Either one or the other 3 or 4k or C. Wait, for possibly a long time.
