Wow!I'm pulling 4 lbs each grow in a 2x2. The strain I'm growing is a 34% THC strain but the IR that light puts off bumps it up to 40%. It's also a 4 week from seed strain so I harvest monthly.

Definitely go w/the 630w. I love my LEC'scompromise...get a 315 or 630 CMH
Just remember not to spend to much time under either one. Loads of UV which is great for the plants but not so great for us humans.Definitely go w/the 630w. I love my LEC's
Most definitely. I ALWAYS wear eye protection in there as well w/my led'sJust remember not to spend to much time under either one. Loads of UV which is great for the plants but not so great for us humans.
[/QUOTEnI always wear eye protection
I recommend a large hat, long sleeve sun shirt and gloves. I say this after having a basal cell carcinoma taken off my face earlier this summer. Pretty sure my over zealous garden tending while using a 315 cmh in a tent was the culprit. Most definitely. I ALWAYS wear eye protection in there as well w/my led's
Im sorry to hear that & I hope you heal up and comeback stronger than ever. I see why we should act like we are Gardening outside and take the same precautions. Outdoor gardeners most likely have the same issues I'd still rather have a fixture that is closest to the sun, it makes sense why the ladies seem so happy when they go from led to LEC. I use a 630w LEC CMH so I have double the intensity. Very noteworthy that if ya care about your vision and health then we need to take precautions.I recommend a large hat, long sleeve sun shirt and gloves. Do you only go outside after the sun sets too? Lol. Nobody's yet to get skin cancer from growing plants in a tent dude lol. Don't be scared...Specially if you are planning on growing in a tent. Matter of fact I'd only work on my plants if the light is off.
Yeah and tanning beds are good for you too.Do you only go outside after the sun sets too? Lol. Nobody's yet to get skin cancer from growing plants in a tent dude lol. Don't be scared...
