Hmm... I find it interesting that the wattage is the same as the Universal Frequency witch is 432Hz...
But for height, you should double check what the instructions say and if nothing there, google is at hand.

Hz in U.S. is 60, or 60 cycles per second. As for height of LED, between 12 and 18 inches is ideal.
