"Doctor" Joseph Mercola of Mercola.com (which is absolutely not a trustable source) should have got his degree at the Harvard School of Pseudoscience because he is a complete quack.

He:
  • Abuses the the prestige and status of his title for immense personal gain at the well being of naive and sick people.
  • Falsely advertises homeopathic snakeoil as cure alls and peddles this on desperate people through clickbait
  • Doesn't believe HIV causes AIDS, (and refuses to believe contrary study backed evidence)
  • Is an anti-vaxxer
  • Stated that cell phones cause radiation damage to people
  • Believes the fluoride in our water is causing us damage to our health (and tries to upsell you anti fluoride products and shit)
  • Has received 4 cease and desist letters from the FDA, namely for deceptive marketing practices.

This guy is the slimiest piece of scum on earth, trying to make money off of sick people looking for a cure when there is none to be had, or it is too hard to achieve for that person....

He is right next to that dirtbag Martin Skrelli the guy that upped the price of pharma drug for a rare disease overnight to +800%.

No, there are truths twisted and used to build lies, that's why they call it junk science. They are designed to pray on people's ignorance and fear and sadly, WAY too many people fall prey to this BULLSHIT.

If you don't eat anything, and don't drink anything, and hold your breath as long as you can, it will be the healthiest 2 minutes of your life................

And let's all get some of those soy candles, and help all the New Age retards destroy the Rain Forrest completely. Ya do know, they chop a million acres of the Amazon Rain Forest A DAY........... to plant soybeans........... Yeah Go Green........
I meant that ironically ...
Never really thought you were ignorants, LOL!
I would never exchange my CRI 95 lights for soy candles, except for a candlelight dinner ... And also in this case I would't use soy candles!

He takes only some facts and twists them with half-truths and illogical conclusions. Have only read half, just to the place where he claims the IR light from incandescent lamps would have a noticeable effect on energy generation in cells. Maybe if you use 1000w of incandescents, Lol!
BTW,
I'm really happy with my current lights...

even the mention of the name of some of these sites sets me off...lol! Wasn't personal, my rant was the site really. Live Science is one of the worsdt of them.
They stopped taking comments after I posted that they were terrorist and should be tried and executed for crimes against humanity........lol

Why does this piss me off so much? My youngest daughter, even with a college education, is a rabid anti-vax nut we have some hella arguments lol. Guess where she ( and other mother's of autistic children get their info?? )..........

If your overall percentage of blue (<480nms) is greater than 10%, I highly recommend blue blocker glasses.

The fact is, cannabis only needs a maximum of < 15% 450nm blue. More does nothing AND is dangerous to your eye health

AND, more than 630nms provides virtually no benefit (<5%). Considering that 660 diodes are expensive, and have a very short life expectancy, why bother? Worse, if they are not easily changed out, you are spending a lot of extra money for very little additional benefit, owning a panel with a much shorter life expectancy. Much more important is IR and UV
