if you or a friend has any remaining plants i would give a nice heavy watering to a plant that is alive and a day later pick a fan leaf and toss 1 or 2 in a jar with the dry bud and it should spring back in a few days, exchange leaves when necessary and let me know how it turns out.

I have done this with over dried bud but it wasnt as dry as you are describing.
