Honest to God, that spice stuff is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. Matter of fact, it's so amazing, that if you get caught with it, it can be considered the same as weed. No shit - because it gives the exact same feeling as weed. It's not chemically similar, however, it will affect you the same way. There's a sub-clause in the law that says any illegal substances scheduled class I-V, or that gives the same level of affects, are illegal to possess. U.S. Customs stopped an entire shipment of spice coming in to the U.S. and didn't believe it was the "incense" it was labeled as. Turns out that after they tested it, they found a synthetic formula known as JWH-018 which, if you look up in wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/JWH-018), will explain everything.
