Legally Growing Outdoors

I'm wondering about the outdoor rules, If I meet the states requirements of a safe secure location can I grow outside. I'm talking about a large piece of property in bridgewater twp, mi. Will I just have to comply with state law. I went on bridgewaters web site and they have a ordinance for producing a controlled substance but it is dated 2003, before the new laws. Is it still relevant. Basically my question is does Bridgewater twp has extra rules against growing.

i belive you can only grow outside in a green house type has to have a lock on it only way its leggal i dont know tho when i was a caregiver at my moms her porch is by the woods and no one ever back in that area i grew on porch and took the risk and told no one about them as they could of been stolen easyly ur worried id look into it and let me know i am very intrested myself i will look into it myself as my wife is againt indoor and im not gonna go threw doing it indoor again last timee went good till last 2 weeks smell stank the house lol and she wasnt happy more pist i hid it for 3 months but yea let me know or ill let u know when i go to look by then ud prolly know anyone else know? and bridgewater sounds real familer to me if i think its the city im thinkin its really small town

Growing tomatoes outside, fun though it may be, is fraught with dangers. The natural elements like wind and rain are always a constant worry. Garden pests such as slugs and horn worm are also something you need to be constantly on the lookout for.
