Leggy seedling

Hey guys, Ive recently started growing a seed I got.. And it's day 4 now after it showed its first leaves.. But it's very limp and tall.. I have temp under control in mid 70s and I cover the plant with a plastic cup to increase the humidity. I have a 2000 watt led that I keep it around 4ft away from the seeping because I think it's too intense for a seedling atm..
If u got any advice for me please let me know..

“2000w” doesn’t really mean anything with those lights. It probably pulls maybe 180w from the outlet, some of that is for the fans in the fixture, they are really inefficient.

You could probably cut the distance in at least half.

I don’t know though I’ve only used one of those lights once. I think the one I used was like 130w and I had it maybe a foot and a half away from the plant the whole time.

I don’t have an exact distance for you but 4ft seems excessive.

Maybe someone with experience in blurples can chime in cus I have none and I’m pretty much talking out my ass

First thing you need to do is plant it in a pot.Bury it kinda deep.Let that leggy stem grow roots for ya.Second-Why are you covering it with a cup to increase humidity?
Third, google your light brand, the manufacturer will have a recommended distance, between plant and light.

Most of mine do that. I dont have a separate seedling light either. Just put it in a solo cup with allitle dirt in the bottom, and bury the stem. Keep adding soil as needed for support till its no longer a seedling and has a stronger stem.
