Haha, Yoda- I trimmed them, but this Lemon kush (all 3 phenos) are very leafy with a low calyx -to -leaf ratio. My Kali Mist girls have nice buds under the same conditions so it must be in the genes. I am not going to grow this kush again, as there are much better kushes out there.

Here is the other Lemon Kush pheno. No lemon smell or taste, but a nice buzz. Can't wait for it to cure... ;)DSCN0876.JPG 3 main colas, and some popcorn buds i threw in a paper bag to dry. We'll prolly make a tincture using ethanol with the trim & popcorn buds.

Haha spot on! I'm growing a small lemon kush and will be done in about two week I'm estimating. Mines getting really frosty and fattening up...can't wait been dieing for a smoke for yonks!

Good time to dig up a 2 year old thread. I have a LK that was popped for a backup, that needed to be flowered out. It's way past due....going on 10 weeks w/ no end in sight. Got a huge mainline, and several fat tops, but they achieved this a couple weeks ago, and now just seem to be trapped suspended time. Whenever it finishes, it'll be a huge yield.

Damn i wish i had your plant, just checked mine this morn and its got fatter! but im lucky to get 20g dry when ready. This is not through bad growing, it was just due to time limit i had to grow it. Only vegged about two week and made an error of topping it, but at the time i thought i had more time to veg it out, but due to plan changes of my wife i was forced to flower. Anyway this is my first grow and just thought i would see it out. I can see from this plant that if given more time in veg it can be a good yeilder. I used no nutes all way through except a bit of raw honey and brown sugar in water which i was gobsmacked in the results the next day after feeding them.....got super frosty! Now they smell of really sweet caramel which makes me feel sick after smelling it for a few hours. Either way im certain its going to be a cracking smoke and can not wait. I reckon the flowering time is going to be as the vendor says...8wk, maybe a little less.

When im back later this year i will grow 2 of them properly as she will be staying over seas for a few month lol.

Grew a freebie outdoors afew yrs ago it wasnt bad..wouldnt get it again no lemon smell..straight up purple bud tho and had decent frost..nothing crazy but for a freebie it was alright.

Wasnt a fan of there lemon kush didnt find it very potent tasty bit lacking in the high department but female seeds ice is really good imo tho

Sorry to hear about the premie harvest, imagine how much better than your used to if it would have been full term! I’ve seen fragrance, density, resin, calyx to leaf, and especially weight really pack on in the last week or so before finish. Maybe next time check the lower and inner nugs with a loupe to see if the trichomes are opaque at all. Looks like a very happy bud though even if a bit early, good job. Patience patience patience!

I got lemon kush from a dispensery in DC and 8 bong hits later, I was still wondering if I was high. It was the worse weed I've ever smoked and after that experience I wont touch it again.

Its probably not a bad strain, but the dispensery ruined it for me. The buds looked amazing too... Maybe it was CDB and I didnt know it.

Let note: I really need to leave these old posts alone and check the post dates. My fault
